  • DESCRIPCIÓN: The World Bank has obtained funding from the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) to undertake analytical work to understand the scale of climate change mitigation potential of PPP arrangements in urban public transport delivery in Ghana, and to evaluate the implications of such potential on vehicle providers, service operators, and facilities service providers were such efforts to be scaled up substantially. This study overall involves collecting and analyzing data on the potential for BRT services and other potential interventions to mitigate CO2 emissions in Accra. ISSRC will participate providing the Vehicle Emissions Specialist and leading a field campaign measuring driving behavior on different types of roads and vehicles in Accra.
